Since the fanboys found my post I just wanna say that I do not hate Microsoft and I’m currently downloading Keeper as we speak as I’ve been excited to play it 👍 Also planning on getting NG4 on Tuesday

If you really can’t afford an artist for a thumbnail, all you need to do is throw some of your game assets together in a scene, take a screenshot, and use that as a thumbnail. It may look a bit cheap, but using AI makes your game look even cheaper
Damn, I just scrolled through Steam Next Fest demos and the amount of AI generated thumbnails is really disappointing. Well, at least they’re easy to catch thanks to the yellow filter caused by the Ghibli outbreak. Call it divine intervention.

Update: it is playable off disc
The PS4 version only released physically in Europe and Japan this time (no US version), but I’m willing to bet that version is actually playable off disc, like 24 and 25 were, despite PS4 discs only having 50gb of capacity

I decided to pick up the PS5 version and it would seem like all of the game’s offline content is included on disc with 56gb of data. I’m able to start Career mode and play matches without updates. I’ve heard that the PS4/Xbox versions only have about 15gb of data on disc though
EA have updated the US box art for FC 26 and EVERY version says it requires a download now (not just the Switch versions)

Can confirm, the new physical release of Rainbow Six Siege X only has 1.000.000 (Operation Neon Dawn) on disc, which was made before they removed Situations and Terrorist Hunt Ubisoft’s laziness has actually paid off for once lol
For once I actually hope they DON’T include updates on disc this time because the more recent updates made the offline functionality significantly worse. The 1.000.000 build lets you play Situations and Terrorist Hunt offline, while the latest version only has a basic tutorial

The entire Tomb Raider reboot trilogy is now on GOG, but one thing I find cool is that GOG apparently patched out all of the online requirements from ROTR, so all of the features that previously relied on an online connection will work offline now.

Found all these PC games at Goodwill today 😳 Apparently the PC version of The Saboteur includes the Midnight Show DLC on disc (which adds nudity to the game). The DLC is infamous for being locked behind a code on the console versions.

Thrift stores are a great place to find RTS games and Sims expansions lol I’ve already collected most of the Sims 3 expansions (at least the ones that don’t require Origin) by just going to various thrift stores lol
