It is fascinating that storytelling has been reduced to “psychological manipulation” for the purpose of viral retention. Not saying it doesn’t work. Just saying this seems a bad way to live life. And hear stories.

Ai has destroyed any type of reactive or viral short form. The time it takes to inquire if something is real will create friction that will shift attention. Education will remain relevant. But rage bait and click bait will fail promptly.

Anybody else starting to hate hooks? Longing for long drawn out establishing shots? Prologues? Beauty?

Fascinating to me that people no longer ask for context in a thread. They ask ai. And ai is often all wrong or mostly wrong.
