Great night at the Shettleston Harriers OG for T46 athlete @derekrae_85 who broke his 3000m PB with 8.41.38. Steven Bryce (T20) also smashed his PB with 8.40.31. Owen Miller (T20) ran his second fastest ever 3000m with 8.21.76. @BA_Paralympic
