Someone even hugged me, Ambrose alerted but I didn't want to sit down for DPT because floors are disgusting and I'm not going to sit down in the middle of the floor and have people staring at me the entire time. This is Walmart here.

I had a full on meltdown (I'm autistic) triggered by a severe panic attack and will likely still be paying for it all tomorrow. But I managed to hold it together until management got there, I told them what happened and they actually walked up to the woman and asked her to leave.

According to ADA Law: Service dogs are defined as dogs that are individually TRAINED to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. This dog clearly was not, service dogs dont behave that way in public.

The same thing goes for emotional support dogs, they are not service animals, they are pets that support their owners emotionally, they are not task trained, nor do they go through 13+ months of specific training to become service dogs. Stick to pet-friendly places.

You don't have to say it or slap a $20 Amazon "service dog" vest and choice to use an online "registry" (they're fake, there is no national registry in the US for service animals) to be breaking the law because it is implied that you are saying your dog is a service animal.

It is implied that if you take a pet dog into a grocery store that you are attempting to pass that dog off as a service dog.

I put myself between both dogs and the owner shouted to me that she had a right to bring her dog into the store and that the store decides if they want dogs in there or not. Obviously, all of this is untrue. I shouted back that it isn't true and that I was grabbing management.

Well, then she follows me into the store and I notice her behind me, again her dog is snarling and trying to get to Ambrose.

HUGE shoutout to @Walmart #649! I was walking inside to shop in the store and there was a large doodle on a poorly fitted prong standing in front of the doors lunging at my service dog aggressively. I yelled to the own to take her pet home because dogs aren't allowed into stores
