let’s be honest we all knew it was over anyway. i think it’s just one of those things that whenever we’re reminded of anything to do with the show ending or the characters no longer being on air — it will always sting.

do I know greys would totally screw up carina? yes. am i happy stefania is free? proud is the first word i think of. does it still suck that carina is lost to us forever? hell yes. all of these things can be true 🥺.

“comparison is the theif of joy” and tiktok is a world full of comparison. I mean you log on and see tons of ppl who are elite at their craft, champions. you see families who have a 20 million pound reno talk about it as though it’s normal. this cannot be healthy to consume.

I think the real issue is just spending too much time scrolling watching other people build a life, instead of working on my own life. i don’t think I even realised it was happening and it seems obvious that I started to feel so mentally drained since I started to use it.

I think it’s very easy to keep scrolling. to see people living lives that are unattainable. to compare yourself to others. to wonder why you’re not doing more or why you don’t have that body or why do you not have those productivity levels/motivation. more than that though-.

ngl I think I’ve realised tiktok has literally caused me to burn out. idk why I didn’t notice it before but I really think it’s had such an awful impact on my MH. I’ve deleted it bc I want to see what difference it makes.

i hope spampi removing everything from her bio was just an aesthetic thing bc I need her to be in the industry for many years.

I mean it obviously started before then but it was the moment spampi actually allowed herself to really think about it.
