sophomore year recap:.- first semester was humbling 🤠.- i crossed into a sorority :3 .- i got an internship in colorado this summer.- i made new friends and met some irl for the first time after so long <3.- i somehow didn’t fail any classes LOL.- i am a lot happier :)

when i first got into esports, aside from sean and collamer, myra helped and rly inspired me in many ways. iv seen her work so extremely hard to get this far :,) she rly deserves the best, me so happy and proud to see her journey <3.
If you haven't heard of her, @myra__davis has long been a savvy advocate for the amateur scene. No one deserves an opportunity to spearhead a new LCS Amateur project more than her. Huge congrats.

iv truly been so happy these days ahh its not completely perfect but my mental is at an all time high, i feel driven and motivated, i meal prep, socialize, do well in classes, doing things outside my comfort zone :,). still need to work on sleeping eating, and exercising tho xd.

me need advice :(. i want to be able to lift more but like for some reason i feel like i’m plateauing ? . what routines and diet would help me lift heavier D: . each workout i burn at least 300-600 calories + consume roughly 50g protein with 1-1.5 cals a day for reference.

I have been eating barely 2k calories a day since the start of my internship and i need to eat at least 2.5k a day to "maintain" weight. I have gained 10lbs from lifting and idk if thats a good thing or not bc i fear my body is compensating elsewhere (probably my cognition?)
