I hope more players realize that balanced unions benefit everyone. If members are spread evenly, progress becomes smoother and rewards are more fair. When unions are balanced, we all have a better chance of earning more and reaching goals faster.

My take on this update: The new system gives more motivation because of better rewards. Players are more active and competitive. The only problem I see is the balance of members in each union. Some unions have too many compared to others.
