Why do we say that even today, tier 3 college students (or tier n) cry every day even after learning? Like, why?

Today, I deleted my entire project that I was working on because I overengineered it and didn't plan on paper. Now, I'll just delete it and start over from scratch.

Day 1 of Learning & Progress Today I learned the basics of DBMS – laying the foundation one step at a time. Not chasing 100-day coding challenges. Just showing up daily, learning bit by bit, and getting better. Small wins > No progress. Let’s keep it going.

Tech tiers: Tier 1: Learns from anyone, values insight over clout. Tier 2: Hypes AI doom, drops Shorts, sells editing courses. Tier 3: Ranks people like it's a tech diss track—zero impact, all ego.

Today, I’m building a project and noticing how unproductive I am, with less focus than a goldfish. In two hours, I only completed the sign-in auth UI. It’s my first time using frontend and Tailwind CSS. I plan to finish, but project questions are overwhelming me.

Inspired by a server challenge from @SinghDevHub I built a TCP web server using Java virtual threads (Project Loom) — and scaled it to 60,000+ clients on my laptop (Ryzen 5 5500U) Learned a lot about sockets & performance tuning, threading, & I/O bottlenecks. Blog soon #Java21
