1-Salt. I used to get dizzy and weak after a 24 hour fast until I started sucking on salt. I suck on salt before I sleep, when I wake up, and through the day. It mildly stops the hunger, but it does wonders when it comes to giving you energy.
7-Read motivational quotes. This is my favorite one: "The food you're craving is still going to be there at your ugw" this one always works for me! (Not mine)
I am not fatphobic but it makes me physically cringe when they say "they eat to fuel their bodies" while eating the most calorie dense food with the shittiest macros to ever exist like THAT ISN'T FUEL!
10-If you're not familiar with fasting, don't try to go for a big number. When I first started fasting, I started with 24h, and slowly started increasing the time. And now I can fast for 72h with no hunger symptoms

So when I reach 54kg, I'll have to wear baggy clothes to keep losing weight in peace, but the thing is. Mom caught me doing sh last year, and she'll get suspicious that I'm back at it if I wear baggy clothes and will ask me to show her, and then she's going to find-
I'm officially going to recover from anorexia and develop binge eating disorder. I'll dedicate my life to being y'all's fatspo and grosspo. My goal weight now is 100kg
9-About zero drinks. These aren't always good tbh. If you're fasting for 24-48 hours you can drink them, but if for longer. They will increase your appetite and make you hungry.

Actually that is proven to not be true, if you purge everything immediately after eating you can get rid of 80% and even 90% of all the cals consumed since the absorption of the calories starts at the intestines
Idc if starving makes me lose my period, or collapse 5 times a day, or have an organ failure, or freeze to death. But. If starving will show it's effects on my hair, I'm throwing hands
