In the last year, our landlord has been served with 78 different legal notices by the council naming serious hazards. In response, our landlord threatened dozens of flats with huge rent increases, many as high as 60%. Our landlord is also doubling down, and trying to overturn

High lead levels found over a year ago, enforcement notice issued by Lambeth but then revoked! A yr later Lambeth did second set of tests and now promises a new notice. We had concerns about 2nd set of tests and organized our own - got readings 1200x legal limit!!
Lambeth Council told residents of Dorchester Court in Herne Hill to run their taps for two minutes to remove lead from drinking water. The advice was given in a letter telling residents that there was no longer a risk to their health and safety. https://t.co/QqYRpxcuku

In golfo del Tigullio I bumped into script painted letters in two storefronts: Idraulica Signorini and Tipografia Moderna. They share a similar look, and perhaps were made by the same craftman; or simply express the spirit of their time and place (each shows distinctive features)
