I spent time in feds when they were supposed to be implementing the FSA, the Admin at BOP made up their own policies, ie that ppl had to take 240 hrs of classes to get 8hrs (1 day) of earned time credit. We showed them the bill language, they didn't care https://t.co/YIBQujgRkO
