Ask hundreds of interns in OBGYN for their experience in the dept, or you can take a shortcut by reading quoted tweets.

I perceive facts differently, and I consume knowledge in an absurd manner which I can’t teach to other people. Never buried my head under books.
A guy who did both law school and medical school on which is harder.
He explains how medical school is mostly rote memorization.
This really explains a lot. Doctors seem to be high on conformity and not that distinguished in thinking ability. The field selects for it.

Most of that will end up over orolarynx.
1x neb dewasa = 2.5 to 5mg salbutamol.
= 25-50x ventolin.
Should rule out other causes of hypoK including RTA.
Hypo K. Dpt kes ni time oncall raya. Pt buat bbq raya- pastu semput. Sedut ventolin dkt rumah 15 kali. Esok nya tk boleh bangun. Parents terkejut sbb ingt kene stroke/ buatan org. Diaorg tk cerita langsung pasal dia sedut byk kali ventolin tu. So aku jem just refer je ke segamat.
