The book algorithms just recommended a book called The Professor is In: The Essential Guide to Turning your PH.D Into a Job. I’m flattered, but I don’t have a Ph.D nor am I in a Ph.D program. One day, maybe, but I have a Masters to finish first.

One of my favorite compliments to receive is “you were homeschooled?! How are you so well-adjusted/normal?” To which I respond either “I have no clue” or “you think I’m well-adjusted, but I’m just really good at masking - I’ve been doing it my whole life.” 😂😂😂

As of today, I am officially a postulant for Holy Orders in the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta! 😁 I am incredibly grateful to be taking yet another step toward the calling I've felt since childhood and to be in a church that affirms the callings of all God's faithful people.

Don't tell me spiritual warfare isn't real. I've spent 2 days caring for LGBTQ+ folks in three different contexts, and it's not stopping any time soon. Say it loud: God loves Queer people, trans kids deserve medical care and support, and queer kids deserve safety from bullying!
