This morning, Douglas County deputies responded to an unknown trouble call around Wagon Box Circle and McArthur Ranch Road in Highlands Ranch. Upon arrival at the residence, deputies located a victim who had sustained multiple stab wounds. The suspect had fled the scene on foot.
