Most Americans now believe the country has done enough to ensure equal rights for gay and lesbian people. Five years earlier the public was divided over whether enough had been done.

I'm not often surprised by polling findings, but now and again when you try out a new question the findings are startling, and in this case sad. More than half of single men--those not currently in a relationship--have not received any physical affection in the past week.

Who is least supportive of restrictions on Internet pornography? Middle-aged men.

Perhaps it's because I have younger children, but the idea that alcohol should disappear for the sake of child safety seems. extreme?

After 2021, a double-digit divide emerged between men and women on the morality of abortion. In 2025 there is a 17-point gap btw. men and women over whether abortion is morally acceptable.

This is interesting. American young men are uniquely lonely. This is a counterpoint to the claim that its primarily social media, phones and video games making young people lonely.
