Due to the severe weather, the Mayor has announced a closure of the District of Columbia Government for non-essential/non-emergency employees on Monday, January 14, 2019. Essential employees must report for duty as previously scheduled, unless otherwise directed by their agency.
The District of Columbia Government will be open on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Employees scheduled to physically report to their duty location(s) on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 should report at their regularly scheduled time(s) unless otherwise notified by their supervisor.
DC Gov will open on time for normal operations. Employees scheduled to physically report, should report at their regularly scheduled time unless notified by their supervisor. Employees on routine telework should continue, approved liberal leave is allowed.
