After working for so many years with PHP, Nodejs and GoLang, I think PHP is the winner. It beats others in terms money, time and efficiency. Just make sure you swoole PHP for multi-threading if you are building a large scale project.

It is seriously true. I am totally into GoLang now. We quit Laraval, Nodejs and Python over GoLang. It's just so awesome.
