Went to the GP to have blood tests done. Of course the GP doesn't take bloods. Referred to the practice phlebotomist. €65. Phlebotomist €35. Now I have to pay another €45 to have the results read to me over the phone. C'mon general practice - €145 for blood tests??.

I'm flying to an important family reunion in Mexico in 15 days. There's a 3 hour stopover in Atlanta. US customs won't let me stopover without a visa. I overstayed by 8 days 26 years ago. No visa appointment for 20+ days. No way around it. Anyone able to advise or help?.

Last time I flew with @VirginAtlantic they lost our suitcases. Returned them 2 days later held together with insulating tape. @VirginAtlantic wouldn't compensate us because we had insurance. Insurance wouldn't pay as it was Virgin's fault. Anyone else had problems with Virgin?.

I've been speaking to @VirginAtlantic through Facebook messager for 36 hours now. The 'person' I'm speaking to keeps changing. So far I've met Leah, Bethany, SB, V & Luke. Now they've dumped me on Delta because it's their plane. I don't know if I have the strength 4/?.

Virgin Customer Services - the new Holy Grail. Last Thurs I tried to book 5 tickets to Mexico. @VirginAtlantic website couldn't process my card. Said try another. I did. Same message. On Fri Virgin withdrew the full amount from both accounts 1/?.
