The Results of the JMU and Tulane game don’t matter. They earned their way into the College Football Playoff and earned their butt whopping like: -Alabama lost 44-16 to Clemson-2019 -Oklahoma lost 63-28 to LSU-2019 -OSU lost 31-0 to Clemson-2016 -OSU lost 52-24 to Alabama-2021

I'm old enough to remember when the winner of the AAA league (Utah) whooped Alabama in the Sugar Bowl.
Nick Saban to @PatMcAfeeShow: "Would we allow the winner of the AAA baseball league -- the International League, I don't even know the name of it -- would you let them in the World Series? That's the equivalent of what we do when JMU gets in the playoff and Notre Dame doesn't.

I don't claim to know much about money, but the private equity deal Utah is doing doesn't seem like it will actually go through. Can you invest in a government funded institution? Is their tax exempt status impacted if they are investable? Do they become a security of some sort?

Can we all just agree that there are way too many bowls, and instead of these schools choosing not to go, we should just eliminate half of the bowls so that it actually means something again?

Just saw the difference between BYU and teams like Georgia. They had third and 17 and threw a pass for 14 yards, they didn't just run a draw. You have to take a few more risks to compete at the highest level.

Well that was depressing. Great season and we overachieved, but that was a crappy way to end it. O-line just couldn't compete, Bear getting slowed early, and OC not adjusting well. Hats off to TT though, they earned it.
