The discourse attacking the media for calling out concerns about Biden's age is so wrongheaded, and exhausting. Those who have power need to wake up and do something. We are in a 5-alarm fire. There is nothing Biden can do now to dissuade concerns—the cake is baked.

One can't "recover physically" from age-induced cognitive decline. Biden steps aside, or democracy is assuredly lost—and it may be lost even if he does. People need to focus on what matters—winning, and saving democracy.
