You never see anything. Went from failing Maths in JS1 first term to 3rd national at Cowbell in 2014. Went from failing BCH first main incourse to being the best overall in BCH when it was all said and done. And I’m sure there are greater comebacks.

@MaryRoseMalomo Yes it is. They don’t realize it may reduce the marketability of their graduates especially in places where distinctions are valued (not a lot though). I know a graduate school scholarship whose criteria cannot be met by any Ibadan graduate now because of this high distinction
