Really been struggling to gain control of my ADHD lately man. Started seeing doctor and feel like dude just throwing shit at a wall and seeing what sticks. I’ve tried Strattera, Guanfacine, Adderall & now I’m currently on Ritalin. Nothing seems to be working….

Finally cancelled Spotify. This was the last straw. Had Spotify for 15 years. There’s a lot of things I’ll miss with the app but I’ll be fine. Ultimately I really wish all streaming was gone and we went back to mp3 players and CDs. The real way to support artists is to BUY music.
