Man Utd are not in Europe this season, only midweek games will be Carabao cup fixtures, FA cup doesn't start till January. Meaning all focus will be on league games. Tell me why United shouldn't be 100% competing for the title this season with no midweek distractions??.

A simple tweak like this can make difference for Amorim. Mainoo & Casemiro in place of Matic & Pereira . Bruno playing as the lone 10 just like Lingard here . Then Cunha and/or Mbeumo together with Sesko and/or Zirkzee

I think after the Burnley game is the International break. This weekend is a MUST win for him to get a respite . A loss or draw will be too catastrophic.
No decision will be taken in Rúben Amorim by Man United, until after the game against Burnley this weekend.

I saw Jones, Maguire and Lindelof in this video, also Dalot and Shaw. Looks like it was a 3-5-2 formation that was used to destroy a League 1 opponent here.
This is a lie. Losing to League 2 opposition has never been normal for United. This was us vs League 2 Tranmere under Ole. Tranmere were in League 1 then.

You're obviously too young to know that a lot of fans wanted Moyes to be given time and backed in the window. "Your Job now is to stand behind your manager" was a quote that was repeated over and over again.
David Moyes failed in his first season as Man United manager and was rightly sacked, if that happened today our fans would be screaming give him time. Van Gaal came 4th then 5th and won the FA Cup, he was rightly sacked but if that happened today our fans would be screaming give.

The same United that performed well against ARS then performed not as well against FUL and then performed poorly against GRI last night. Against one of the best teams, we were good. Against the mid-quality team, we were meh. Against the lower-league team, we were poor.

Man Utd fans deserve what they’re getting. A 21yo striker gave you 17G/3A in his first season, you scapegoated him after a tough 2nd year (thanks to Amorim’s bad tactics), then splashed 80m on another 22yo greenhorn just to suffer the same fate.

Amorim's problem is his lack of flexibility. He should know what worked for him in Portugal isn't working here. Andre Villas Boas was in this same conundrum. Couldn't hit his Porto highs in Chelsea and Spurs.
It took less than a year for Manchester United to break another manager. Ruben was a winner at Sporting. Just look how defeated he sounds right now. It’s sad really. Honestly feel for him because he cares so much about getting the club back up. Next few games important.
