Stoked for our partnership with @googlecloud. As organizations switch to microservices, containers, and devops they quickly grok the need for observability that can handle the same. @chronosphereio was born cloud native, and we love helping customers that are joining us there.
Big news: Today, we announced a new partnership with @googlecloud! As go-to-market partners, we'll work together to help customers quickly resolve incidents while controlling costs associated with #cloudnative #observability solutions. Read more: https://t.co/cKVA9JTu36

At Chronosphere, we believe that understanding cardinality should be built into the user experience, including query language and purpose-built UI. Would you want to use an API endpoint to get a fraction of this insight?
Tracking the #cardinality of your time series data is hard. In our latest blog, Chronosphere experts Ben Raskin, Linas Naginionis and Ales Koprivnikar break down a better, simpler way of understanding cardinality over time. Read about it here: https://t.co/Gdct0OuBLe

You know what would be nice? An easier way to manage distributed systems. Our newest feature, Workflow Links, creates an immediate connection from traces in LightStep to whatever internal or external tools you need to do your job well. https://t.co/Vh8kdttBhk

Every microservices dev needs a world-class tracing system in order to feel confident about prod... and yet most don't have access to one. My colleagues and I want to fix that, and so we couldn't be more excited to announce LightStep Tracing:

Good discussion on Go modules by @JoeBlubaugh last night. Dependency management is NP complete. Go mod used Minumum Version Selection. Module cache is similar to Maven Cache in Java. Module proxies and notaries hosted will allow verifiable places to download dependencies.

My thoughts about why "the three pillars" are the wrong way to think about observability:
Three Pillars with Zero Answers – Towards a New Scorecard for Observability These three so-called “Pillars” each have a fatal flaw – we need to understand each of them and ultimately rethink the way we assess observability as a practice. https://t.co/Utt2QVAbDz
