Conferences are weird. Physically and mentally I am DRAINED. Absolutely wiped out. But my heart is full and while I am mentally tired I am also invigorated. So many smart, talented, good-soul’d people.

The live transcription on zoom is so terrible. I tried using it to be able to stream of conscious brainstorm some ideas and record what I said, but the transcript is so bad I can barely figure out what I said. Anyone have any good alternatives?.

In 1st grade I couldn't focus if I had to sit, so my teacher put my desk at the back & let me stand during lessons. Today, I have a standing desk with a treadmill, & I do my best work while walking. A) some things never change.B) good teachers understand some kids are different.

I have a tough enough time learning to order food in another language. ALLLLL the respect to anyone who learns to code in a second/third/nth language.
Something I think about a lot is that I am learning to code (yes, still learning every day) in my native language. I have so much respect for those doing ANYTHING in their second/third/etc. language, especially if it's learning to code.
