The end user is the problem. A tool is only as good as the person using it. Victims have been left with no safety planning and with no offender mamagenent. Accountability, leadership, priority and training are the issues here
@thecrimeanalyst @DrJessTaylor The number of women killed after having been assessed „high risk“ via DASH tells it all. And those are the women who were evaluated just by counting the „yes“-answers, DASH was not correctly applied. Not DASH is the problem, but the measures not taken to protect the women.

The same mistakes with ZERO accountability. Victims not believed, no offender management, millions of pounds spent on domestic homicide reviews, leaders say they are sorry, they will learn the lessons. They never do. MPs voted down amendments regarding serial abusers. Not ok
