I won't lie, it has been hard work. A strict low carb diet, which exposed an allergy to nightshades I didn't know I had. I have been working out 6 days a week, but the results speak for themselves.

My digestive issues have disappeared. My quality of life is much different now with the ability to run around with my kid and not feel tired or out of breath.

4 months ago, I weighed 277lbs, had 42% body fat and 29% muscle mass. I had constant aches and pains from various injuries I have collected in life, as well as a slew of digestive issues. Today, I weigh in at 237.2lbs, 34.1% body fat and 33.3% muscle mass. I am ache free --
