Curious what people think about the "statute of limitations" for social media, as this is something that will come up in the next decade in a very real way. How long ago must a post have been made for you to safely disown it? Does it depend on the content or not?

Okay so my wife and I have created a theory: As the age of a movie increases, the probability that it contains a now-disgraced celebrity approaches 1. It's like Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon but with shame. We call it #sixdegreesofhumiliation It's surprising how well it holds up!
