1/4 We announced the fundraiser for 🇺🇦 military medic battalion Hospitallers many weeks ago. 🇺🇸 veterans from NYC’s Bedlam theatre’s Veterans Outreach were supposed to read real stories narrated by Ukrainians at war from the theatre stage.

@cheka_tsybukh 3/4 Three days before the event she was killed by Russians during her rotation in Kharkiv region. It’s been extremely hard to deal with everything since then. We dedicated the event to her and collected more than $19k for Hospitallers.

Children with rare illnesses, cancer, and the most difficult cases receive treatment at this hospital. The hospital was deliberately targeted by Russians because they were able to do so and were not stopped not 10 years ago, nor 2 years ago. Unpunished evil is on the rise.
