Conflict is not the problem. It's how we deal with it that determines victimization or accountability. It's a choice! How are you going to deal with your conflicts TODAY? Drama & Conflict In Your Relationship -

Wow, this is a fabulous story. Thanks @ESOPBuilders for your expertise to do this video which shows not only the benefits or a Canadian ESOP, and also the behind the scenes requirements to explore the model - from a technical and cultural perspective.
A mix of technical, behavioural & cultural elements are needed to create an #OwnershipThinking #culture. Hear about #Canadiancompany, @iQmetrix who's had an ESOP for 13 yrs! ▶️ https://t.co/X5wHtQBFR0

So true, @SafeteeJohn . This describes accountability - ownership of thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and results.
Character—the willingness to accept responsibility for one’s own life—is the source from which self-respect springs. ~Joan Didion

So true, @SafeteeJohn . Helping can also be a slippery slope if we are doing it because we sense/think the other isn't capable. In serving, we see the other as totally resourceful.

There is genius in hunting for, and acknowledging successes, the great work, the 99.5% of what others do. Funny thing is that when we do that, the errors and mistakes often stop.
If the consequences are bad, then we say “Well, this was an error you must have been stupid, careless, etc.,” but if the consequences are good, even if you actually make a mistake, then you’re suddenly a genius, you think out of the box, you’re creative, etc.(e.g.“Post-It” notes)
