1) Two Day 3 picks for one of the league's better deep threats? Yes please. 2) John Schneider likes trading for dudes entering the final year of their deals, seeing it as an opportunity to test drive a guy they think could be a good fit for a long-term deal.

If Tom Brady was -- in fact -- cloned, would any statistics his clone accummulated be added on to his original stats? Would there be an asterisk? Would we differentiate them by calling one TB Original and the other Xtra Crispy?

This is freaky as hell, man, and makes me fairly certain we're going to see some sort of TB12 clone somewhere down the line.
Tom Brady revealed that his current dog Junie is a clone of his late dog Lua, who died in December 2023, per @baileykrich 𤯠The dogs were cloned by Colossal Biosciences, a biotech company that Brady is an investor in, using blood collected prior to Lua's death

Only if you completely ignore the existence of @leonardwilliams and Byron Murphy II, Boog.
Really good trade for Cowboys. Mazi Smith gone. Now they have Kenny Clark and Quennin Williams. The BEST DT combo in football is in Dallas

This is not what happened. Failed football coach Jason Brown called a bunch of people slurs and epiphets and then exposed that he doesnât know anything about football while crying that they wonât debate him on his weird podcast

The biggest risk of legalized sports betting is not to the integrity of leagues/teams/players. So why is that the first thing that people who cover sports seem to be worried about? https://t.co/eJG8vQspWQ

Columnist Danny OâNeil isnât saying sports betting should be illegal, but heâd like to see sports journalists address the real issues.

"The biggest danger of legalized sports betting does not involve the reputation of sports leagues nor the eligibility of its athletes," says columnist @dannyoneil: https://t.co/tRjJ3KU90Y

Speaking of which, if @DangeRussWilson is looking for an experienced writer for engaging, SEO content that converts, I know a guy ...

3. Russ needs new writers. The 'bounty hunting through the media' was his beard is weird level of corniness. I would have gone with, "At least I didn't need to cross a picket line to play in the NFL."

2. People do NOT like Sean Payton. The most common reaction is to use Wilsonâs response as a vehicle to point out Paytonâs arrogance i.e. "If someone as professional and polished as Russ was willing to break character, it tells you what a scumbag Payton is."

1. Good for Russ. People have gotten way too comfortable criticizing him, and I will absolutely include myself in that category. If people are going to keep taking pot-shots, he should feel free to fire back.

@ShamsCharania Some Insiders are equipped to cover those cases. They know how to look at a court filing. They know when interviewing a lawyer you have to be incredibly nit-picky about the language used, and that a prosecutor declining to comment is NOT a confirmation of what you've asked.

@ShamsCharania I never covered cops or courts, but periodically, a player on a team I covered would get arrested/investigated. I have a working understanding of judicial proceedings. Most sports reporters who covered a beat at a newspaper do. That's not necessarily true of Insider-types.
