Can finally talk South Of Midnight! I put a ton into this one having played each level multiple times to find all collectibles. The combat is ok but very repetitive but the rest of the game truly shines. Read my review below #Xbox .

Why is the “but is Game Pass profitable” thing starting again? . We know they make 5B yearly and spend 1B on third party deals. They have about 40 games in development atm. Those 40 games would have to have an average budget of more than 100M YEARLY to make it not profitable.

PSA for my Xbox achievement hunters. Modern Warfare 2 and 3 just became standalone titles with new achievements lists. Achievements will Auto Unlock when you boot it up if previously completed.
Modern Warfare 2 and 3 are no longer tied to the Call Of Duty HQ meaning smaller downloads and new achievement lists on Xbox.

Grounded 2 is looking pretty good based on the early access reviews. Sucks we missed out on it but is what it is! It’s definitely on my to check out list.

Considering everything that’s happened the last couple years with exclusives I’d be real careful saying “game X and Y will stay exclusive.”. They might, but all bets are off now. I know my dumbass thought that once and now look lol.

Breaking:. Xbox has reversed course on its “code in a box” strategy on Xbox. Physical editions for The Outer Worlds 2 and Ninja Gaiden 4 will ship with a disc on Xbox.

Called around the local shops this morning and got quotes for <$150 so I’ll take that. It’s sucks but is what it is and beats $400.
Think my disc drive is officially fried on the Series X. Considering I use physical still that’s a major issue lol. Apparently Microsoft charges $400 here in Canada to fix it 🙃 better off buying a new console almost at that point.

One thing Tripwire probably needs to address with Killing Floor 3 is the balance of the bosses. The Queen Crawler and Chimera are relatively easy while the Impaler, especially in a full lobby is ridiculously hard.

I’m guessing those accounts whose entire identity is console warring on both sides of the aisle are gonna need to find a new niche on here soon. Maybe the focus can actually just be on all the great games made by everyone now.
Just came home to this news and it’s quite interesting. It’s pretty clear imo that PlayStation is going to start going multi platform. Maybe not as aggressive as Xbox but we will see more of their games head to Xbox and Nintendo .

Having a blast with Killing Floor 3, it’s definitely gotten me out of my gaming rut. A few more glitches now that it’s live but nothing major. I don’t have the fps skills I had in my younger days but still starting to get through matches on hard. Gotta try for the completion!
