I don't know Mr. Alessi personally, but it's my opinion he did not like having to ask those questions of Mr. Burgess yesterday. Mr. Alessi seems like the type who would rather question the data and the science and not the person's lies on their CV.

AJ specifically asked Yuri Buckenik to point out what Higgins was wearing in the waterfall video. This was asked purposely. I guarantee Higgins has a different shirt on in the video from CPD that was kept from the defense the first trial.

The meteorologist will only help the defense by proving there was only 3 inches of snow when they found OJO. The taillight was NOT buried under 20 feet of snow like the CW wants you to believe. We saw the video on that morning. NO taillight was seen or found.
