It's amazing that in some corporations, employees react faster to a company LinkedIn post than to a request or question directed to them on the company Slack :).(not only on Fridays).

It's a problem when you have to repeatedly ask for Pull Requests to be reviewed, message on a dedicated Slack channel or DM, and still few people bother to look at them. The PR review process needs to be organized with clear, unambiguous procedures.

IT companies that don't dedicate time to employee development and prototyping new solutions cannot call themselves #innovative.
