5/ sometimes, M&M gets spicy. how could it not? our vulnerabilities are on display and up for discussion. confession would most certainly be spicy. but done with humility and hospitality, it’s a spicy opportunity for growth. okay, thoughts/feels — go💃🏽.

4/ #medtwitter, we already do a version of confession every week, except we call it M&M. we share our errors in front of everyone in hopes that they learn and become better physicians for it. we meet error with edification, not exile.
