My favourite Diane Keaton film is 'Manhattan Murder Mystery.' It feels like the 'Annie Hall' characters but now they're middle aged and they think their neighbour is a murderer. Hilarious, and Woody Allen has the wisdom to write Keaton's character as the protagonist.

Diane Keaton was the absolute best. 'Annie Hall' she breezes through the entire movie in such a fresh and natural way that I don't think has been replicated since.

Isn't it amazing how a rude/abusive message from an industry gatekeeper can still rankle years later? Something about their position in the industry silences you, makes you feel unworthy of sharing what they said. Even though they were wrong, it's hard to feel peace with it.
