For those of you who follow such things. my academic publication rate has been lower over the last couple of years. here’s the reason. the first half of this book is an introduction to PT-symmetric QM written by Carl Bender with me. Nice way to end the year!

What is going on @British_Airways ? Cancelling a flight (more than 24 hours in advance) on non-reduced fare through the website gives me 20% refund. If I change the ticket instead of canceling, then the flight prices offered are 50% more than the prices quoted for a new booking.

So @britishairways do you have any plan to have a website that allows me to book flights in the near future? I've tried 6 times this week and with login problems and payment timeouts it seems basically impossible.
