What is going on with HDMI ARC? It does the exact opposite of what I want. It turns my PS5 off when I want it to be on. It turns my PS5 on when I want it to be off. Madness

Canada's Bill C-18 is a disastrous own goal. Created to financially support Canadian news organizations, it will wipe out >50% of their website traffic and may lead to bankruptcy. The politicians who created it and the news orgs that lobbied for it are clueless.
