We started working with a DTC brand that was making $0 from their email flows. In only 60 days, we were able to add over $100,000 to their monthly revenue with new email flows. While increasing their revenue from Klaviyo to 31%. Here's the breakdown of how we did it:

You'd be surprised how much of a difference emailing your list frequently makes. One of the most common mistakes I see brands making is they aren't emailing their list enough. They think it's going to "bother" their subscribers. When in fact it's the opposite...

Now more than ever it's important to nurture your list with engaging and interesting emails. Emails that provide real value so you can build a strong relationship with your audience. You might think this will lead to less sales But we've found it to be the complete opposite.

Email Campaign Idea: "Our product vs. Others" Highlight the benefits of your product... While mentioning the disadvantages of others in your niche. And you can use a visual representation to illustrate this. This one has repeatedly been a winner for our clients!

We've helped multiple DTC brands add 7-figures to their annual revenue from email marketing alone. And usually, it only takes a few simple tweaks in their strategy to help them get there. We use this 5-step framework every time to help us maximize revenue and conversions:

On average 70-85% of online shoppers abandon their cart. In other words... If you don't have the right systems in place to handle these abandonments... You're losing out on up to 85% of your sales. That's why abandoned cart flows are arguably the most important flows.

Common mistake I see DTC brands make with their popups: Not asking for the first name and only the email. Getting the subscriber’s first name is a critical first step in personalizing the future communication with them. And it helps with deliverability. Don't forget this!

#4: Send segmented campaigns With segmentation, you send only to the right people, at the right time and with the right message customized for them. This brings you high open rates and contributes to a healthier list. It's what gets people to open and engage with your emails!

It does you no good to keep subscribers on your list for the sake of keeping them on. If they aren't engaged, remove them!

#3: Cleanse your list As time goes by people change jobs, change their main email address, or they simply lose interest in what you have to offer. You’ve got to get those unengaged emails out of your list because they bring you bounces and spam complaints.

#2: Split-test subject lines Your subject line is so critical to the success of every email you send. And you never know what really works best with your audience unless you split test it.

Make your emails full of value, interesting, and beautifully designed! You might think this one is super obvious. But 90% of brands I start working with were not emailing their list on a consistent basis. (And that's why they weren't generating any revenue from it)

#1: Send emails regularly At least once a week, with content that’s interesting and valuable. The reason that you must send emails regularly, no matter what, is that your customers get used to getting emails from you.
