Counterpoint: it’s beautiful.
Brutalism is genuinely despised by the people in public opinion polls. It's not even partisan, everyone agrees. Government buildings are built with taxpayer dollars and should probably reflect the public's aesthetic sensibilities.

Lots of bots and trolls having fun with my post about this effect in particulate that came out of planes but I am doubling down. I am 63 and have looked at decades of skies and these patterns did not appear til this decade. Bot all you like. Whatever it is, needs scrutiny.
