Tesla update. After the onsite repair attempt, the following Monday Tesla began work at the service center and gave me a loaner Model 3. They found a fault in the main battery pack. By the next week they replaced the whole battery pack under warranty. Very happy. Thank you @Tesla

My 2018 Tesla Model S has been dead since Tuesday. Mobile service finally came out today all he guy knew how to do is change the 12V battery. Still won’t go. I can’t get anybody on the phone. The service app is blocked because the appointment still open 4 hours later. Wtf @Tesla
