@damianchristie Anytime you see Wordle 2whatever X trending, it is because a whole lot of people around the world have failed. Which has happened a couple of times in the past week. But as a strategy, consider a tiebreaker word that isn't the answer but contains all letters it might be as a test

@Thoughtfulnz By the time I got to knowing where those first two letters went, I was down far enough that I needed to make real attempts, I felt. Also when you suddenly work out a word it might be you are sure it’s THE word, it must be! Then, nope. :)

@damianchristie You’re playing on hard mode! Don’t keep playing the same letters just because they’re green. Change your strategy and you won’t fail. I think it’s almost impossible to fail if you play right.

@damianchristie I have/would post when I fail, but currently on a 34 win streak. There is a bit of luck involved but it does feel like I am getting better at not failing. Most fails are when you get a lot of letters early (so reduced chance to try new letters) and multiple possible words.

@damianchristie I think failures are actually fairly rare, I got my only one (so far!) fairly early on. Have to say I’ve stuffed up todays very badly so this may be my next one. I’ll post it if I do 😬

@damianchristie I've failed and posted it but it was a while ago when the spelling was american! Grrr! Had a few 6s too. If I get stuck on 4 I leave it for a while and come back later. Usually a fresh look helps.
