The Land Gate (Kopnena vrata) im Trogir was built in the 13c. and rebuilt in the 16c. The lion of St. Mark was originally placed above the arch. Above it is the figure of Blessed John of Trogir (bishop of Trogir, his sarcophagus is in the cathedral) – the patron saint of the city
