Turned back at a bit over half way on Mt Biei today despite great weather conditions due to a progressively worsening headache. The trail was getting pretty sketchy too. Did manage to pop in on @MENAhouritsu on the way back. Good to met you Chris!

How good are smartphone cameras? Took this in the dark without a flash. Really long exposure and somehow got a clear picture of a deero out of it, despite my less than steady hands

Can’t believe Erin Patterson allegedly tried to poison her estranged husband four times, putting him in a coma once and they kept that from the jury in her trial for poisoning his in-laws. Kind of seems like it would be relevant somehow….

Never really managed to capture properly on my phone, but I like the effect on cloudy days where there is a break in the clouds and a small part of the city is lit up as if by spotlight.

Thanks for all the feedback. I have subscribed to Spotify. Somehow my Gen X brain doesn’t like the idea of paying money for music, without owning it, but peer pressure aloud me to overcome! Probably won’t be able to go back I fear.
