See dB Control's GaN SSPA MPM. It supports a wideband 2-18 GHz with 200W CW at 5.5-13.5 GHz, 150W CW at 2-5.5 GHz and 100W 13.5-18.0 GHz. It is in a liquid cooled package but we can offer an air cooled versions. Download the datasheet at
