Elfmas Day 7! 🦷 Oral hygiene is important for preventing infections such as pneumonia, dental infections and even endocarditis. Brush teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste & ask people if they need any help with this important task! #stayelfy #mouthcarematters @cwpnhs

5th day of elfmas! These two have been caught red (and green handed) painting on the wall. Elves you can’t use hand gel to clean your hands if they are visibly dirty! It definately won’t remove paint. If there is visible grime on your hands you need to wash with soap and water

4th Day of Elfmas! Just found this ‘lesson’ about stool types going on. Remember always use the Bristol Stool Chart if monitoring stools, and seek advice if there is a change in consistency, colour or frequency of your poo or there is blood in it! #stayelfy #infectionprevention

3rd Day of Elfmas! Norovirus is circulating. If you have diarrhoea and/or vomiting stay at home until 48 hours clear, use spill kits if required, wash your hands with soap and water and disinfect surfaces with a hypochlorite! 🦠 Poor Eric! 🤢
