after tough negotiations, the airline allowed the passengers to wait for the next flight at a place like this, n they got 3 meal vouchers. it's better than the previous place. there are no hotels in this terminal, so they have to wait for tomorrow's flight at this place @flyPAL

currently some people trying to negotiate with the airline, hopefully the results are good, at least they get proper compensation. @flyPAL @PhilippineairID

at least the airline have to let them to move in a better place, where they can buy a food or somethings, and the airline couldn't do that. Is this how you serve your customers? @flyPAL @PhilippineairID

but, when they arrived in Manila, they were only told to wait at the transfer desk, cold with no heating, no charger plugs, and everyone was starving. @flyPAL @PhilippineairID

passengers think that they will be treated properly by the airline, at least get compensation in the form of food and a place to rest. @flyPAL @PhilippineairID

the airline has provided options for refunds or rescheduling, but that is still very detrimental to passgengers , it’s too sudden @flyPAL @PhilippineairID

However, 8 hours before boarding to Manila, we received information that the flight from Manila to Fukuoka, which should have occurred on January 13 at 09.45, had to be postponed until January 14 at 09.45. that means they have to wait in manila over 24 hours. @flyPAL

Menerima perlakuan buruk dari seseorang dan kita harus ikhlas dan sabar itu susah banget ya Allah..

klo aku pribadi drpada sibuk mengkritiki semua aturan, krn kondisi udah darurat banget, sebisa mungkin hindari kerumunan, dan menciptakan kerumunan. Klo memungkinkan take away aja, misal mo dine in ya emang jangan lama2, keburu lainnya dtng, jd rame kan gais🙂

Nggak ngebela siapa2 sih.. ya beginilah klo sering ngecewain rakyat. Sering gak tau malu di depan rakyat. Coba kalo smua pada bersih jauh dari korupsi dan kepentingan pribadi aku pikir semua bakalan hormat 😬

Serba salah juga sih. Ngasih aturan yang gak spesifik dengan jam pasti juga gak digubris kan dengan pecinta nongkrong / makan diluar. Trus ngasih aturan yang dipertegas dengan jam malah dibuat lelucon😅.

Klo cuma fokus makan aja aku pikir gak bakalan berlama2 kan.. tp kalo makan disambi ngobrol dan nongkrong bahkan meeting di tempat makan ya pasti gak bakalan cukup dikasih waktu 2 jam pun🙂

Sampe skrng gak ngerti sih kenapa pada bikin lelucon aturan makan 20 menit. Mungkin sebagian orang menganggap aturan itu lucu. Mungkin semua fokus ke 20 menitnya. Pdhal maksunya kalo udh selesai makan ya udh pulang, jangan ngobrol kelamaan dan akhirnya nongkrong
