Andrew Wantz, who is dealing with forearm injury, was placed on AAA Salt Lake injured list yesterday -- Wantz is being stretched out to start but threw just 33 pitches in his most recent start (80+ in other starts); Wantz had 2.93 ERA and 27.5 CSW% prior to last start (2 IP-3 R)
