My first work as the Secretary of the 11th Conference of States Parties to the Arms Trade Treaty concluded today. I am immensely grateful to Ambassador @cmforadori who presided the Conference for being my guide during this year and for his excellent leadership and friendship.

Almost a year ago, I was honoured to be nominated as the Head of the @ATTSecretariat — the first woman and first Argentine in this role. In two weeks, I will have the privilege of leading my first Conference of States Parties. Thrilled for what’s ahead! #CSP11

This week I was in Mombasa (Kenya) participating in the 9th ATT Expert Group meeting. Thanks to @recsasec @Saferworld and @sricKenya for convening this important meeting for East African states. I look forward to seeing Kenya joining the Arms Trade Treaty family soon.
