@MCA21India It would be far better to provide PDF versions of MCA forms, as was available earlier. PDF forms give professionals the liberty to: ✅ Fill forms anytime ✅ Save midway and resume later ✅ Make small changes without re-editing the entire form ✅ Change DIN/signatory

Post MCA’s revised #SmallCompany definition effective from today several companies that weren’t ‘small’ on 01/04/2023 now fall within new limits. Do they still need to obtain #ISIN even though the deadline has passed? Clarity from MCA awaited. @FCSJigarShah your view pls.
